承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設(she)計方(fang)案,重量輕(qing),合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)制做,無(wu)對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控(kong)切(qie)割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地(di)應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方(fang)案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數(shu)控(kong)機床鏜(tang)銑床一回(hui)精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護(hu)(hu)和防(fang)外(wai)遇(yu)保護(hu)(hu)器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整(zheng)個(ge)設備構造抗(kang)壓(ya)強(qiang)度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今龍門(men)端(duan)梁選用矩形方管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
