承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫(feng),比拼湊承(cheng)重梁(liang)更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度(du)(du)由(you)數控切割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精(jing)準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一回精準(zhun)定位(wei)生產(chan)加工(gong),保證規格(ge)精密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝(zhuang)有雙(shuang)輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護(hu)和(he)防外遇保護(hu)器,安全(quan)性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構(gou)造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門(men)端梁(liang)選用矩形(xing)方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
