承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐(ou)式古(gu)典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁組(zu)織設(she)計(ji)方案(an),重量輕(qing),合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控(kong)切割整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板開料,精(jing)準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料(liao)為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準(zhun)定位(wei)生(sheng)產加工,保證規格(ge)精密度和(he)配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇保(bao)(bao)護器(qi),安全性有確(que)保(bao)(bao)。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接(jie),保(bao)證整個設(she)備構造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)度(du)(du)和精(jing)密(mi)度(du)(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩(ju)形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每平米。
