承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重量輕(qing),合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接(jie)軟(ruan)性設(she)計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一回(hui)精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和(he)配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安(an)全性有(you)確(que)保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車(che)轱轆為(wei)無(wu)邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面(mian)每(mei)平米。
