1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方(fang)案(an),重量(liang)輕,合(he)理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。

1,大噸(dun)數起重設備端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
