3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
橋式雙梁起重機端梁一(yi)部分
1,大噸數起重設(she)備端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設(she)計方(fang)案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
