4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測(ce)。焊后總(zong)體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
橋式雙梁起重機端(duan)梁一部分
1,大噸數(shu)起(qi)重(zhong)設備(bei)端梁(liang)選用絞接(jie)軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控(kong)機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和防(fang)外(wai)遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
