承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁采(cai)用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁機構設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數(shu)控切割(ge)整板開料,精準度高。
4,采用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,做到Sa2.5級;
端梁一部分
1,大載貨量起重機端梁(liang)采用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防(fang)止“三(san)條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆采(cai)用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一次(ci)精(jing)準定位(wei)生產加(jia)工(gong),保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安(an)全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁采用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個(ge)設(she)備(bei)構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和(he)精(jing)密度(du)。
