承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古典(dian)箱(xiang)型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和(he)配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和(he)防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安(an)全性有確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整(zheng)個設備構(gou)造抗壓強度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用(yong)矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
