承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控(kong)切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防(fang)止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生(sheng)產加工,保(bao)證規格(ge)精密度(du)和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動(dong)器維護和防外遇保護器,安(an)全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設(she)備構(gou)造(zao)抗(kang)壓強度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做(zuo),車轱(gu)轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
