承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案(an),重量(liang)輕,合(he)理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞接軟性設(she)計方(fang)案(an),防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產(chan)加(jia)工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選(xuan)用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌與(yu)路面(mian)每平(ping)米。
