承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)采(cai)用歐(ou)式(shi)古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)機構設計方(fang)案(an),重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)板制做,無對接焊(han)縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切割整板開(kai)料,精準度高(gao)。
4,采用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,做到Sa2.5級;
端梁一部分
1,大載貨量(liang)起重機端梁(liang)采用(yong)絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“三條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱(gu)轆采用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式(shi),應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一(yi)次精(jing)準(zhun)定(ding)位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配(pei)合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保護(hu)器,安全(quan)性(xing)有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁采用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯(lian)接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
