4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地(di)應(ying)力(li)、防銹處(chu)理(li),超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。

3,每一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的(de)車轱轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防(fang)外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端(duan)梁選用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個(ge)設備(bei)構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
