承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)(zhong)梁選(xuan)用(yong)歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設(she)計方案(an),重(zhong)(zhong)量輕,合理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性(xing)設計方(fang)案,防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應用數(shu)控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精密度和配(pei)合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一(yi)端(duan)梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護(hu)(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)(hu)器(qi),安全(quan)性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度和精(jing)密(mi)度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方(fang)(fang)管(guan)制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
