承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁(liang)組織(zhi)設(she)計方(fang)案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后(hou)總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設(she)計方(fang)案(an),防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式(shi),應用(yong)(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精(jing)準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi)(qi),安全性有確(que)保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保(bao)證整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端(duan)梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱(gu)轆(lu)為無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
