承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式古典(dian)箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織設計(ji)方案(an),重量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自(zi)動焊、無(wu)損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案(an),防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選(xuan)用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊(bian)緣設計(ji)方案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
