承重梁構造
1,承重梁采用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁機構設計方案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數控切割(ge)整板(ban)開(kai)料,精(jing)準度(du)(du)高(gao)。
4,采用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應(ying)力、防銹處理,做到Sa2.5級;
端梁一部分
1,大載貨量起重(zhong)機端梁采用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“三條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆采用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一次精準定位生(sheng)產加工(gong),保(bao)證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端(duan)梁采用(yong)10.9級高強螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保(bao)證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓(ya)強度(du)和精密度(du)。

1,全歐式古(gu)典設計方案,合(he)理減少重量,提(ti)升提(ti)高室(shi)內(nei)空(kong)間(jian)。
2,減速(su)機采用(yong)起重機專(zhuan)用(yong)型的H系列產品硬齒面減速(su)機,承載(zai)力(li)高,使用(yong)期長。
