承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度(du)(du)由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式(shi),應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精密度和(he)配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護和(he)防(fang)外遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用(yong)10.9級(ji)高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整(zheng)個(ge)設備構(gou)造抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。

1,雙梁(liang)小轎車(che)承重梁(liang)與承重梁(liang)選用軟(ruan)性(xing)絞(jiao)接方(fang)式;防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
