承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織設計(ji)方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度由數(shu)控(kong)切割(ge)整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防(fang)銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方(fang)式(shi),應用(yong)數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產(chan)加工,保(bao)證(zheng)規格精密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和防(fang)外遇保護器,安全性(xing)有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗(kang)壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形(xing)方(fang)(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱(gu)轆為(wei)無邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
