承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制(zhi)做,無對接(jie)焊縫(feng),比拼湊承(cheng)重梁(liang)更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后(hou)總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力(li)、防(fang)銹處(chu)理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性(xing)設(she)計方案,防(fang)止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護(hu)(hu)和防外遇(yu)保護(hu)(hu)器,安全(quan)性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強度和(he)精(jing)密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形(xing)方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
