承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕(qing),合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱度由(you)數控(kong)切(qie)割(ge)整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地(di)應(ying)力、防(fang)銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工(gong),保(bao)證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配(pei)合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動(dong)器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗(kang)壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用(yong)矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米(mi)。
