承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設(she)計方案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合(he)理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對(dui)接(jie)焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用(yong)絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應用數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準定(ding)位生(sheng)產加工(gong),保證規(gui)格精密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外(wai)遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選(xuan)用矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
