延安單梁起重機

單梁式起重機的構造(zao)特(te)性(xing)
承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)采用歐式(shi)古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)機構設計方案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整板(ban)制做(zuo),無(wu)對接焊(han)縫,比拼(pin)湊承(cheng)重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數(shu)控切割整板開料,精準度高。
4,采用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,做到Sa2.5級;
端梁一部分
1,大載貨量起重(zhong)機端梁(liang)采用絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止(zhi)“三條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆采用(yong)鏜(tang)(tang)孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)(tang)銑床(chuang)一次精(jing)準定位生產加(jia)工(gong),保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和防外遇保護器,安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁采用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
小車總承
1,全(quan)歐式古典(dian)設計方案,合(he)理(li)減少重量,提升提高室內空(kong)間。
2,減速(su)機采用(yong)(yong)起重機專用(yong)(yong)型的(de)H系列產品硬齒面減速(su)機,承(cheng)載力(li)高,使用(yong)(yong)期長。
3,鋼(gang)絲繩卷筒采用厚鋼(gang)板生(sheng)產短接軸方式,并對(dui)焊(han)接開展(zhan)無(wu)損檢測;
4,動滑輪所(suo)有采用熱軋滑輪;
5,起重吊(diao)鉤采用T級起重吊(diao)鉤,材(cai)料高于DG34CrMo,單雙排布局(ju),節省(sheng)室(shi)內空間(jian);
