2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫,比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
橋式(shi)雙梁起重機端梁一部分
1,大(da)噸數起重設(she)備(bei)端梁(liang)選(xuan)用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔(kong)方(fang)式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格精密度(du)和(he)配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備(bei)構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
