承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制(zhi)做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟(ruan)性設(she)計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方(fang)式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準(zhun)定(ding)位生(sheng)產加工(gong),保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護(hu)和防(fang)外(wai)遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁(liang)選用矩形方管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路軌(gui)與路面每平(ping)米。

1,雙梁(liang)(liang)小轎車承重梁(liang)(liang)與承重梁(liang)(liang)選用軟性(xing)絞(jiao)接方式(shi);防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
