雙梁起重機承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古(gu)典(dian)箱型梁組(zu)織(zhi)設計方案,重量輕(qing),合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼(pin)湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準(zhun)度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
橋(qiao)式雙梁(liang)起重機端梁(liang)一(yi)部分
1,大噸(dun)數起重設備端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保證規(gui)格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設(she)備構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
