承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無(wu)對(dui)接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計(ji)方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和(he)配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器(qi)(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)(qi)維護(hu)和防(fang)外(wai)遇保護(hu)器(qi)(qi),安(an)全(quan)性有(you)(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端(duan)梁選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方案(an),路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
