承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)歐式古(gu)典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組(zu)織(zhi)設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)開(kai)料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu)(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設(she)計方(fang)案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回(hui)精(jing)準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維(wei)護和(he)防外遇(yu)保(bao)護器,安(an)全性(xing)有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每平米。
