承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢(lao)固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應(ying)力(li)、防(fang)銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞(jiao)接軟性(xing)設計方(fang)案(an),防止“幾(ji)條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準定(ding)位(wei)生產(chan)加工,保證(zheng)規格精密(mi)度(du)和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設(she)備構(gou)造抗(kang)壓強度和精(jing)密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩形方(fang)管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
