承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古(gu)典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織設計方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數控切割整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生(sheng)產加工(gong),保證規格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防(fang)外遇(yu)保(bao)護器(qi),安全性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接,保證(zheng)整個設(she)備(bei)構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度(du)和精(jing)密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍(long)門(men)端梁選用矩形(xing)方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設(she)計方案,路軌(gui)與路面每平(ping)米(mi)。
