承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設(she)計方案,重量輕(qing),合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊承重梁更(geng)牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割(ge)整個(ge)PCB線路板開(kai)料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床(chuang)(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)(chuang)一回精準定位生產加工(gong),保證規格(ge)精密(mi)度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動(dong)器維護和防外(wai)遇保護器,安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備(bei)構造抗壓(ya)強度和(he)精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊(bian)緣設(she)計方案(an),路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
