承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組織設(she)計方(fang)案,重量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱(gu)轆為(wei)無邊緣(yuan)設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米(mi)。
