承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對(dui)接(jie)焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承(cheng)重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟(ruan)性(xing)設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生(sheng)產加工,保(bao)證規格精密度和(he)配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇(yu)保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保(bao)證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
