承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕(qing),合理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切(qie)割(ge)整個PCB線路板開(kai)料(liao),精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一(yi)回(hui)精準定位生產(chan)加工(gong),保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣(yuan)的(de)車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護(hu)和(he)防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安(an)全性有確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保(bao)證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣(yuan)設(she)計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每(mei)平(ping)米(mi)。
