承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設(she)計方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理(li)配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)(jing)準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精(jing)(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防(fang)外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安(an)全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方管制做,車(che)轱(gu)轆為無(wu)邊(bian)緣設計方案,路(lu)軌(gui)與(yu)路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
