承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用(yong)歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織(zhi)設(she)計方案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式(shi),應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精準定位生產加(jia)工,保證(zheng)規格精密度(du)和配(pei)合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護器,安全(quan)性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備(bei)構(gou)造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案(an),路軌與路面(mian)每(mei)平米。
