承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式古典(dian)箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕(qing),合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接(jie)焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛(gang)度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板開料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞(jiao)接軟性設計(ji)方(fang)案,防止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加(jia)工,保(bao)證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端(duan)梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和(he)防外遇保護器(qi),安(an)全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方(fang)(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設(she)計方(fang)(fang)案,路軌與路面每(mei)平(ping)米。
