承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組(zu)織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼(pin)湊(cou)承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力(li)、防銹處(chu)理(li),超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回精(jing)準定位(wei)生(sheng)產加(jia)工,保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇(yu)保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面每平(ping)米。
