單梁(liang)式起重機的構造特性
承重梁構造
1,承重梁采用(yong)歐式古(gu)典(dian)箱型(xing)梁機構設(she)計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整(zheng)板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更(geng)牢(lao)固(gu)。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控切割(ge)整板(ban)開料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,采用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,做到Sa2.5級;
端梁一部分
1,大載貨量(liang)起(qi)重機端梁采用(yong)絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“三(san)條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆采用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一次精準定位生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規格精密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端(duan)梁(liang)裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動(dong)器(qi)維護和(he)防外遇(yu)保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁采用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
