承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設(she)計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)制做(zuo),無對接焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊承重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開(kai)料(liao),精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處(chu)理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟(ruan)性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式(shi),應用(yong)數(shu)控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回精準定(ding)位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防(fang)外遇保護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保(bao)證整(zheng)個設備構(gou)造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形(xing)方(fang)管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米(mi)。
