承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織(zhi)設(she)計方案(an),重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割(ge)整個(ge)PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性(xing)設計方(fang)案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)10.9級(ji)高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備(bei)構造(zao)抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案(an),路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
