承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)(du)由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板開料,精(jing)準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用(yong)絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一(yi)回精準(zhun)定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格(ge)精密度和(he)配(pei)合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇(yu)保護器(qi),安(an)全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩(ju)形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設(she)計方案,路軌(gui)與路面每(mei)平米(mi)。
小轎車總程
1,雙(shuang)梁(liang)小轎車(che)承(cheng)重梁(liang)與(yu)承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用(yong)軟性絞接方式;防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
