承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做(zuo),無對接(jie)焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式(shi),應用數(shu)控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定(ding)位生產加工(gong),保(bao)證(zheng)規(gui)格精密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車(che)轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整(zheng)個設(she)備構造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方(fang)管(guan)制(zhi)做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與路面每(mei)平米。
