承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設(she)計方(fang)案,重量(liang)輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開(kai)料(liao),精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應(ying)力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案(an),防(fang)止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應(ying)用數控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺(chi)寸;
3,每(mei)一(yi)端梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有(you)(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護(hu)和(he)防(fang)外遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性有(you)(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備(bei)構(gou)造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
