2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制(zhi)做(zuo),無對(dui)接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
橋式雙梁起重機端梁一部分
