承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)(hu)和防外(wai)遇(yu)保護(hu)(hu)器,安全性(xing)有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設(she)計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。

1,雙梁小轎車(che)承重(zhong)梁與承重(zhong)梁選用軟性絞接方式;防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,電動機+制動系統+減速器+行程開關四合一一體(ti)化(hua)設計(ji)方案,結構(gou)緊(jin)湊
