承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重(zhong)(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞(jiao)接軟性設計(ji)方案,防(fang)止“幾(ji)條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應(ying)用數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準定位(wei)生產(chan)加(jia)工,保(bao)證規格精(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保(bao)證(zheng)整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。

1,雙(shuang)梁小轎(jiao)車承重梁與承重梁選用(yong)軟性絞接方(fang)式(shi);防止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運作(zuo)。
