棗莊單梁起重機

承重梁構造
1,承重梁采用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁機構(gou)設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整板制做(zuo),無對(dui)接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由(you)數控切(qie)割整板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)(du)高。
4,采用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防銹(xiu)處理(li),做到Sa2.5級(ji);
端梁一部分
1,大載貨量起重機端(duan)梁采用絞(jiao)接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“三條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆采用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式(shi),應用(yong)數控機(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)(chuang)一次精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護和防外遇(yu)保護器(qi)(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)(liang)采用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
小車總承
1,全(quan)歐式古典設計方案,合理減少重(zhong)量,提升提高室內(nei)空(kong)間。
2,減(jian)速機(ji)采用(yong)起重機(ji)專(zhuan)用(yong)型的H系(xi)列產品硬齒面減(jian)速機(ji),承載力(li)高(gao),使(shi)用(yong)期長。
3,鋼絲繩卷筒采(cai)用(yong)厚鋼板(ban)生產短接(jie)軸方式(shi),并(bing)對焊接(jie)開(kai)展無損檢測;
4,動滑輪所有采(cai)用熱軋滑輪;
5,起重(zhong)吊(diao)鉤采用T級(ji)起重(zhong)吊(diao)鉤,材料高于(yu)DG34CrMo,單雙排布局,節省室內空間(jian);
