承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁組織設(she)計(ji)方(fang)案(an),重量輕,合理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由(you)數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板開料(liao),精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式(shi),應(ying)用數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精(jing)準(zhun)定(ding)位生產加(jia)工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)(qi)維護和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護器(qi)(qi),安全(quan)性有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣(yuan)設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
