承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選用歐式(shi)古(gu)典箱(xiang)型梁組織設(she)計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制(zhi)做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控(kong)切割整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和(he)防(fang)外遇保護器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高(gao)強螺栓(shuan)聯(lian)接(jie),保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓(ya)強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選(xuan)用矩形方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
